Les Mills

  • BODYPUMP™

Get ready to step on and off a raised platform or step bench to the beat of music. The height of the step can be adjusted to accommodate different ability levels and preferences. The routines involve a combination of stepping patterns.

Experience a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movements and aerobic exercises. Zumba classes are known for their high-energy and infectious atmosphere.   • Mat Pilates

Is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.

  • Boxing or Kickboxing

  • TRX, Boot Camp & Circuit Classes

Group exercise training that involve a series of exercises performed in a circuit format. Participants move through a sequence of stations or exercise stations, performing a different exercise at each station for a set amount of time or number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. The exercises can vary in nature, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and functional movements. The class may utilise various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability balls, and bodyweight exercises.

Aqua is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.
