30 minutes | Medium – High intensity
Our cardiovascular aerobic classes are designed to elevate your heart rate, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness through energising, rhythmic movement. These sessions combine simple, effective cardio exercises with motivating music to help burn calories, enhance stamina, and strengthen the heart and lungs. Perfect for all fitness levels, our cardio classes offer a fun, high‑energy environment that keeps you moving, smiling, and feeling fitter with every workout.
30 minutes | Medium – High intensity
Strength classes are designed to build muscle, increase power, and improve overall functional fitness through controlled, purposeful movement. Using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and functional training equipment, these sessions target all major muscle groups to boost strength, tone, and endurance. Strength training also supports better posture, joint stability, and long‑term health by enhancing bone density and reducing injury risk. Suitable for all fitness levels, our strength classes offer a supportive, motivating environment to help you feel stronger, move better, and perform confidently – both in and out of the gym.

Functional Training classes are designed to build strength, stability, and mobility for everyday movement. Using a mix of bodyweight exercises, resistance equipment, and dynamic movement patterns, these sessions focus on improving how your body performs in real life – lifting, bending, reaching, and moving with ease. Each class delivers a balanced workout that enhances core strength, boosts cardiovascular fitness, and supports better posture and injury prevention. Suitable for all fitness levels, Functional Training offers a motivating, results‑driven environment to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best.
45 minutes | Medium intensity
Aqua fitness offers a fun, low‑impact way to improve strength, cardio health, and overall wellbeing. Using the natural resistance and buoyancy of water, each class delivers a full‑body workout that’s gentle on the joints while still highly effective for building muscle tone, improving mobility, and boosting endurance. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, aqua sessions also support mental wellbeing, helping reduce stress and leaving you feeling refreshed, energised, and part of a welcoming community.
A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.
A mind-body class that incorporates elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
A cardio workout that combines simple step movements with upbeat music, offering a full-body conditioning workout to improve coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

Gentle Yoga is a calming, low‑impact class that focuses on slow, mindful movement to improve flexibility, balance, and overall mobility while helping reduce stress and tension. Suitable for all fitness levels, this session offers accessible stretches and simple flows that allow you to move at your own pace and leave feeling relaxed, restored, and more connected to your body.

Our Strength class is designed to help you build full‑body muscle strength, improve functional fitness, and boost confidence in a supportive environment. Whether you’re beginning your strength journey or looking to advance your technique, our experienced instructors guide you through each movement, offering options to challenge your body and support your goals. 30 minutes | Easy – Medium intensity
Group exercise training that involve a series of exercises performed in a circuit format. Participants move through a sequence of stations or exercise stations, performing a different exercise at each station for a set amount of time or number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. The exercises can vary in nature, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and functional movements. The class may utilise various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability balls, and bodyweight exercises.
