Reactivate at Manning Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Thank you for your patience as we work through the final stages of our transition at Manning Aquatic Leisure Centre.

We’re Belgravia Leisure and our goal is to support our community in staying active and connected by producing high-quality health and wellbeing outcomes for everyone to enjoy, regardless of physical ability, financial capacity, cultural background or stage of life.

To access the centre from July 6 you will need to have reactivated your membership on our Active World member portal. We’ve gone ahead and connected you to an account so all you’ll need to do is re-set your password and update your details. Please find further instructions below.

Get started on Active World

Active World is our self-managed member portal. As you are an existing member, we have already set your account up using the email currently linked to your account. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Search for our venue, Manning Aquatic Leisure Centre
  3. Tap ‘Forgot Password
  4. A link will be sent to the email you have registered with us for you to reset your password
  5. Jump back into the app, enter your username (your email) and your new password
  • Manage your account details – update your address, email and phone number to help us keep in touch.
  • Manage your payment details – securely update your credit card and payment information with ease.
  • Check your next payment – don’t let your membership payment catch you off guard.
  • Scan in using a digital access card – for when you forget your pass.
  • Chat with our team – send and receive messages to our staff.
  • Family Access – manage all your memberships in one place.
